Growing Like Weeds Part II

This won't seem like a big deal to anyone outside the southwest, but it rained here yesterday.  Not a lot, but enough to make the ground wet and probably dampen a couple weddings.  What a strange June it has been.  I'm not complaining though, I know there are lots of scorching days ahead of us.  I'll take all the gloom we can get for now!

 So, this zucchini snuck up on us, we pulled the leaves back the other day and found this 7-incher underneath.  We blinked and it went from fun size to full size.

Here is a picture of the pepper from last Monday's post.  It was 11 days between photos, and it's totally transformed.
